Frequently asked questions

Q: What makes Metric Me different from Apple Health or Google Fit?

Apple Health and Google Fit are great at tracking activity, but they don't integrate your blood test results. Metric Me brings both worlds together—your daily metrics and your lab work—so you can see a fuller picture of your health over time.

Q: Do I need a wearable to use Metric Me?

No. While wearables make syncing activity data easier, you can also manually log metrics or just use Metric Me to track your blood test results over time.

Q: How do blood test results get added?

You can upload PDFs of your lab results, enter values manually, or (in the future) connect directly to supported lab providers and health systems. We're working to make this as seamless as possible.

Q: Is Metric Me medical advice?

No. Metric Me is an organizational and visualization tool—not a medical service. We don't diagnose, treat, or provide medical recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.

Q: When will the mobile app launch?

We're starting with a web-based dashboard. Native iOS and Android apps are on the roadmap—join the waitlist to be notified when they're available.

Q: How much will Metric Me cost?

Pricing isn't finalized yet. We plan to offer a generous free tier with optional paid features for power users. Early waitlist members may receive special launch pricing.

Q: Who is building Metric Me?

Metric Me is built by a small team passionate about making health data more accessible and understandable—with guidance from clinicians and data-minded humans who care about doing this right.
