All your metrics, one view
No more switching between apps. See activity, sleep, weight, and blood work in a single, unified dashboard.
Metric Me bridges your everyday activity data—steps, sleep, workouts—with your blood test results. Finally see how your lifestyle connects to your lab work, all in one place.
Your numbers, finally in one place.
No more switching between apps. See activity, sleep, weight, and blood work in a single, unified dashboard.
Understand how your daily habits—exercise, sleep, nutrition—may relate to what shows up in your blood tests.
See how your metrics evolve over weeks and months. Spot patterns that a single test or day can't reveal.
Your health data stays yours. We focus on clarity, not clutter—so you see what matters most.
From daily steps to deep blood markers—all organized and normalized.
Three simple steps to a clearer picture of your health.
Link your wearables and fitness apps. Upload or connect your blood test results from your provider.
Metric Me standardizes your data—different units, formats, and sources become one clean dataset.
View your health over time in one dashboard. Spot trends that connect your daily life to your lab results.
Metric Me is being built with input from clinicians, data scientists, and health-minded individuals who believe understanding your body shouldn't require a medical degree—or ten different apps.
Health data is personal. We're building Metric Me with privacy at the core—not as an afterthought.
Apple Health and Google Fit are great at tracking activity, but they don't integrate your blood test results. Metric Me brings both worlds together—your daily metrics and your lab work—so you can see a fuller picture of your health over time.

You can upload PDFs of your lab results, enter values manually, or (in the future) connect directly to supported lab providers and health systems. We're working to make this as seamless as possible.
No. Metric Me is an organizational and visualization tool—not a medical service. We don't diagnose, treat, or provide medical recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.
